It is important to constantly change up your training regime in order to keep your body guessing and to reach your goals faster.

I believe the combination of high intensity functional weight training, with an emphasis on core strengthening, in the form of compound, multi-directional exercises, is the most effective way to train.

This form of training is fundamental to the majority of training goals, be it weight-loss, muscle building and toning, strength gains or fitness improvements.

Using my combination of training, I make every session fun and completely different, teaching you to employ proper form and technique in the safest manner, using the appropriate weights, sets and repetitions to suit the goals you want to achieve!
